Students are matched with small- to medium-sized businesses in Atlantic Canada to develop an export-marketing strategy targeted at the New England States. Small groups of students work closely with their company during the fall and winter terms to research international marketing opportunities and prepare a strategic export-marketing plan.  In the spring, all this hard work culminates in a trade mission, where students and partnering companies learn firsthand how well their export-marketing strategy works.

Teams of graduate and undergraduate university levels compete for over $20,000 in prize money. Based on finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship, our judges determine the grand prize winner in each category. Other prizes include the best elevator pitch, the best financials and the best vodcast.
