Laurier's MBA programs are taught in an integrated format, where all eight core subjects are taught simultaneously. Recognizing that managers are not faced with business issues solely labeled 'marketing', 'accounting' or 'organizational behavior', the core subjects are taught in an integrated fashion that demonstrates how all aspects of management are related to each other. The idea behind an integrative curriculum is to show the interrelationships that exist in any organization.

Laurier's MBA students come from a wide variety of academic and industry backgrounds, creating a rich diversity within the classroom.
