The Rotman curriculum focuses on integrative thinking — an approach that encourages the creation of new models to tackle modern business problems. Students are given everything they need to know about finance, accounting, organizational behaviour, human resources, and marketing and are then shown how they all fit together, and why an overarching framework is needed to solve modern business problems that don’t fall into neat categories.
