Unique Factors
The Full-Time program is intended for those with at least two years of work experience after a bachelor’s degree in any discipline. The students come from many different countries - about 45% are international students. The program prepares students for a variety of career choices ranging from management positions in multinational corporations, financial analysts or even entrepreneurs.
The program offers a 12-month track for those with undergraduate degrees in business and a 16-20 month track for those with non-business degrees.
Part-time students must usually have at least four years of experience. MBA-CMA students are expected to be working in a related area (such as accounting or finance) while taking the program.
The program focuses on developing leadership skills through courses, workshops, coaching and hands-on experiential learning opportunities. Integrative thinking is emphasized. Students get several opportunities to work with companies. An executive speaker series, an annual Leadership Conference and other networking events bring students and business executives together. International exchange opportunities are available. Students develop a code of professional conduct at the beginning of the program.
